Description
Automation Team is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate for the position of DAE Electronics / Electrical. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have completed a Diploma of Associate Engineering preferably in Electronics or Electrical. The selected candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems to ensure smooth operations within the organization. Based in Faisalabad, this opportunity caters to individuals who are eager to apply their technical knowledge in a practical environment and grow their skills in electrical maintenance and automation technologies. The candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, diagnosing faults in electrical circuits and systems, and supporting automation processes involving PLC programming and basic control systems. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCad and Microsoft Excel will enhance the ability to document and design electrical control circuits efficiently. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting of electrical and electronic equipment while adhering to safety standards and quality procedures. This position does not involve managing a team but requires the candidate to work collaboratively within the Automation Team to meet project goals and operational deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis to identify and resolve issues in electrical systems and equipment.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure reliable operation of electronic and electrical installations.
- Support programming and operation of PLC and basic automation systems to improve process control and efficiency.
- Analyze and diagnose problems with electrical control circuits and provide effective solutions to restore normal operations.
- Use AutoCad software to create and modify electrical schematics and system designs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, fault diagnostics, and repairs using Microsoft Excel and other documentation tools.
- Carry out electronics repair and troubleshooting for various devices and components to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and best practices during all maintenance and repair operations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and resolve technical challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in electronics and electrical maintenance to improve skill sets and operational effectiveness.
