A&Z Solar is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Female Video Editor & Content Creator to join our creative team full-time. This role involves crafting compelling video content that effectively tells stories and communicates ideas through expert editing, motion graphics, and color grading. The ideal candidate has at least two years of professional video editing experience and is proficient with industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut. This position requires excellent narrative pacing skills, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and the ability to produce content tailored specifically for social media platforms. Additionally, the candidate will manage and coordinate with a small team of two individuals to ensure projects meet high-quality standards and deadlines. Working hours for this role are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, based in Saddar, Regal Karachi. The candidate should possess strong skills in camera handling, graphic designing, and sound editing. Experience in motion graphics is advantageous, enhancing video presentations and adding dynamic visuals. A portfolio demonstrating professional, high-quality video editing and storytelling is essential for candidacy. Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that fit the creative vision and meet project objectives.
• Develop and implement storyboards, scripts, and video concepts that align with company branding and marketing strategies.
• Apply advanced color grading techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal and mood of videos.
• Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects that complement the video content and increase viewer engagement.
• Manage sound editing tasks, ensuring audio clarity, proper pacing, and synchronization with visuals.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and other stakeholders to produce consistent and high-quality video content.
• Oversee and guide a team of two video production staff, providing direction and feedback to improve workflow and output.
• Adapt video content for various social media platforms, ensuring each video meets specific format requirements and audience preferences.
• Maintain an organized digital archive of all projects and assets for easy retrieval and version control.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the company's video content quality.
