Azlan Prodocs & Design is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry professional with a background that bridges banking and business or engineering disciplines. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires collaboration across various departments to achieve organizational goals and support banking initiatives. The Data Entry professional will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and validity of data related to banking operations and business processes. This person must communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions and workflows align with the company's strategic objectives. A master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field supplements the necessary industry expertise, enhancing the capacity to contribute to process improvements and risk mitigation within the banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and validate data accurately using data entry software and Microsoft Excel to maintain comprehensive databases.
- Perform detailed quality checks to ensure data integrity and address discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support banking projects and business process enhancements.
- Apply banking industry knowledge to identify potential risks, growth areas, and process optimization opportunities related to data management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
- Support the development and implementation of data management protocols and best practices.
- Analyze data trends and report findings to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive banking and business data.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations that reflect accurate data insights for business or engineering functions.
- Use problem-solving skills acquired through advanced education to troubleshoot data-related challenges.
