This role is designed to develop future leaders through a comprehensive Leadership Development Program. Trainees will gain hands-on experience managing daily logistics operations while contributing to the growth and development of business functions. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations related to international freight forwarding and customs clearing processes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Support business development activities by identifying new market opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to sales strategies.
- Lead and mentor a small team of three members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment while monitoring their performance and development.
- Participate in the Leadership Development Program by engaging in training sessions and applying newly acquired skills to operational and business challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks between logistics, customs, and sales teams to optimize workflow and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project progress, operational efficiency, and business growth initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements related to international freight and customs clearance.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts, addressing client concerns, logistical issues, and regulatory challenges promptly and effectively.
- Support the implementation of new processes and technologies designed to enhance operational productivity and accuracy within the organization.
