Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Support the team in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Maintain organized files and records to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Use Microsoft Excel to record, analyze, and report financial data effectively.
• Collaborate with a team of three to streamline accounting operations and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies identified during audits.
• Implement practical accounting procedures and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Provide administrative support related to financial transactions as required.
