Beauamourbyap is looking for a motivated Female Sales Staff / Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent service to drive sales. You will utilize your communication skills and sales techniques to create a welcoming environment and build strong customer relationships. Product knowledge training will be provided to help you confidently assist customers and meet sales targets. This position requires a friendly attitude and the ability to connect with diverse clientele to enhance the overall shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with the team to ensure the store is well-presented and that customer inquiries are handled efficiently. Your responsibilities include understanding product features, advising customers on the best options, and supporting store operations to meet daily and monthly sales goals. This role does not involve managing a team but calls for a self-driven and organized individual committed to achieving sales success and contributing positively to the company’s brand.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive shopping experience.

- Participate in training sessions to continually improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the store.
- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Assist in stock replenishment, pricing, and merchandising to ensure product availability and attractive displays.
