This position does not involve managing a team but plays a critical role in driving business growth and maintaining positive client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company expansion.

• Develop, prepare, and present proposals tailored to client needs and company capabilities.

• Manage the contract lifecycle process, ensuring compliance and effective documentation.

• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients and partners to secure beneficial contracts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

• Prepare reports and updates on business development activities and progress.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the overall team goals and strategies.
