Product Development & Buyer Support Executive
Location: Beyond Point Factory, Sialkot, Pakistan
Employment: Full-time, on-site
Beyond Point is a manufacturer and exporter of boxing gloves, MMA gear, shin guards, Muay Thai shorts, rashguards, tracksuits, hoodies and other combat sports products.
We are looking for a skilled, responsible and creative person to manage product development and design work after receiving inquiries from our international buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare professional product mockups based on buyer requirements.
- Apply customer logos, colours, patterns and branding to products.
- Prepare design variations and revise mockups according to buyer feedback.
- Create technical drawings, product specification sheets and tech packs.
- Prepare artwork for sublimation printing, embroidery, screen printing and patches.
- Coordinate with the production, cutting, printing and stitching departments.
- Follow up on samples, buyer approvals and production requirements.
- Maintain organized records of buyer inquiries, artwork, revisions and approved designs.
- Assist with quotations, product specifications and professional English email communication.
- Ensure that approved designs and specifications are correctly handed over to production.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and/or CorelDRAW.
- Experience creating sportswear, apparel or sporting-goods mockups.
- Knowledge of print-ready artwork and garment production.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage several customer projects.
Experience in boxing, MMA, Muay Thai or other fightgear manufacturing will be a major advantage.
Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly and effectively with buyers to understand and clarify product requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate product development activities including creation of product mockups and implementing design revisions based on feedback.
- Support accurate and timely preparation of product quotations in line with buyer specifications and cost constraints.
- Monitor sample production progress and ensure prompt follow-up to meet delivery timelines.
- Manage the seamless handover of finalized products to production teams, ensuring all quality and design standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as design, production, and quality assurance to align on product development milestones.
- Maintain thorough documentation of buyer communications, product specifications, and development changes to ensure consistency and traceability.
- Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the product development process proactively to minimize delays.
- Provide support and insights on product lifecycle trends and improvements to enhance future development projects.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry standards to uphold Beyond Point’s commitment to excellence.
