Description
Binary IT Solutions is a small, remote-first digital services company serving clients in the US and Canada. We build websites, AI-powered apps, and automation workflows, and AI is a big part of how we work.
We are hiring a Junior AI Application Developer on a part-time basis: 6 hours per day on a fixed schedule we agree on together, with some overlap for team calls. Pay is Rs 100,000/month based on experience, with room for growth and performance bonuses.
You don’t need years of experience. We care most about how you think and how you show up: you learn fast, take ownership, hit deadlines, and communicate clearly. You’ll learn directly from our founder and grow into building AI integrations with MCPs and APIs and shipping production apps for real clients.
This is your main job, not a side gig. Fully fluent English (written and spoken) and a reliable internet connection with a backup are a must.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI-powered web applications using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.
- Integrate and work with Large Language Model APIs including OpenAI and Anthropic to enhance application functionality.
- Utilize AI coding assistants including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and OpenAI Codex within development workflows to increase productivity and code quality.
- Perform technical SEO auditing and deploy SEO tools to optimize web applications for search engines.
- Use IDEs like VS Code effectively for code development, debugging, and version control management.
- Work with REST APIs to connect frontend and backend services, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.
- Implement automation workflows using tools like n8n to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Apply basic understanding of DNS, Cloudflare, and web hosting services to support application deployment and maintenance.
- Create and maintain personal or portfolio projects featuring AI technologies to demonstrate development skills and innovation.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with remote teams and stakeholders to report progress, challenges, and learnings.
- Continuously learn new technologies and methodologies relevant to AI web development and LLM API integrations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and senior developers to ensure project requirements are met within scope and timelines.
