Bing Chun is seeking a dedicated Female Bartender / Beverage Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join our vibrant team managing a group of 10 professionals. This role involves expertly preparing and serving a variety of specialty cold drinks, teas, smoothies, and mocktails while ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate demonstrates excellent customer service skills, operates efficiently during peak hours, and maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards in all bar areas. Additionally, the role requires effective management of raw material inventory and communication with management for timely restocking to ensure uninterrupted service. The ideal candidate exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills, adheres to punctuality and professionalism, and has prior experience working in cafes, restaurants, or juice bars. Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and cash handling is essential to handle orders and payments accurately. This position demands a candidate committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere, offering drink recommendations confidently, and leading a team effectively to deliver an outstanding beverage service at Bing Chun.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty cold drinks, including teas, smoothies, and mocktails, following established brand recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Greet and interact with customers courteously; take orders accurately and provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations.
• Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash and electronic payments and issuing bills correctly.
• Ensure all bar areas, equipment, and customer seating are maintained clean and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor daily inventory of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies; communicate promptly with management for restocking needs.
• Supervise and manage a team of 10 members, coordinating workflow and ensuring high-quality service delivery during busy periods.
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene standards and personal presentation to uphold Bing Chun’s professional image.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally and promptly.
• Demonstrate reliability through punctual attendance and a strong work ethic.
