Join Binimran Fabrics as a Salesman or Salegirl to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales for our clothing brand. In this role, you engage directly with customers, assist them in selecting products that meet their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will leverage your sales techniques and deep product knowledge to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in a clothing brand environment. You work independently without managing a team, focusing on building strong relationships with customers and supporting the store’s sales objectives. Your role is critical in maintaining the brand’s reputation and fostering repeat business. You also stay updated on current fashion trends and product lines to offer informed recommendations and maintain a high standard of service quality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their clothing preferences and needs.
• Use effective sales techniques to promote products and close sales to meet or exceed daily sales targets.
• Provide detailed product information, including materials, sizes, care instructions, and pricing to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the clothing inventory and current fashion trends to support customer decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Organize and maintain the sales floor, ensuring products are attractively displayed and stock levels are sufficient.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and use of point-of-sale systems.
• Collaborate with other staff to achieve store objectives and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention practices.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment.
