Bionic Talent seeks a dedicated Recruiter to join our team and drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions effectively. This role demands excellent communication skills and strong abilities in candidate relationship management to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The Recruiter will oversee multiple job openings while maintaining an organized and proactive approach to meet recruitment goals. The position operates remotely from Karachi and requires working closely with a team of 10 members, providing leadership and coordination to successfully manage recruitment efforts. In this position, you will utilize your knowledge of various sourcing techniques including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage potential candidates. Managing applicant tracking systems and collaborating with hiring managers are key components to deliver a high-quality hiring experience. You will also play a vital role in enhancing candidate experience through effective communication and timely coordination of interviews. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and enthusiastic about contributing to a growing talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Apply Boolean search techniques and use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports to track the effectiveness of sourcing channels and recruitment activities.
• Lead and support a team of 10 recruiters, facilitating teamwork and knowledge sharing to achieve recruitment targets.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality candidate delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes by providing feedback and suggesting innovative sourcing and assessment methods.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling candidates' personal information.
• Work proactively and independently within a remote work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
