As a Recruiter at BionicTalent, you lead the full recruitment cycle to identify, attract, and hire top talent that aligns with the company's goals. You manage a team of 10 recruitment professionals, guiding the group to ensure effective talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Your role demands strong organizational skills and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline the hiring process and maintain excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers. You take ownership of building and executing sourcing strategies, leveraging Boolean search techniques to find high-quality candidates. Your ability to evaluate candidates through screening and interviews ensures the selection of individuals who fit both the role and company culture. Your leadership fosters collaboration, development, and high performance within your recruitment team, helping BionicTalent maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Manage and support a recruitment team of 10 staff members, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies using Boolean search and other advanced methods to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to monitor, track, and report on recruitment progress and metrics.
• Screen candidates thoroughly to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions and recruitment plans.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates to enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
• Stay updated with recruitment best practices and labor market trends to improve recruitment strategies.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their recruiting skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during all recruitment activities.
