Bisma Quran Academy is seeking an experienced Online Quran Teacher to provide high-quality Quran recitation instruction to students of various ages and backgrounds. The ideal candidate has at least nine years of experience in Quran teaching and strong communication skills to effectively engage and guide students through their learning journey. This role involves delivering lessons remotely using digital platforms, ensuring students develop accurate pronunciation, understanding, and memorization of the Quranic text. The teacher must be patient, supportive, and adept at adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs. The Online Quran Teacher will not be managing a team but will be responsible for maintaining rigorous lesson plans and providing personalized feedback to students. The position requires dedication to nurturing students' spiritual and educational growth while maintaining a respectful and encouraging online learning environment. Strong interpersonal abilities and consistency in teaching quality are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and clear Quran recitation lessons via online platforms to students of diverse age groups and skill levels.
• Develop and implement customized lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and proficiency levels in Quran recitation.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to help improve pronunciation, memorization, and Quranic understanding.
• Ensure proper Tajweed (rules of Quranic recitation) is taught and practiced, maintaining high standards of accuracy and fluency.
• Maintain a positive and respectful online learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and confidence.
• Utilize digital tools and resources effectively to enhance the online learning experience for students.
• Communicate regularly with students to understand their challenges and motivate consistent practice and improvement.
• Prepare students for evaluations and assist with memorization techniques to facilitate long-term retention of Quranic verses.
• Stay updated on the latest methods and technologies in Quran teaching and apply them to improve lesson delivery.
• Uphold the values and principles of Bisma Quran Academy in all teaching interactions.
