Description
Bitone Digital is seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team in Karachi. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from a recognized university, with preference for PCATP registration, and possesses at least two years of relevant professional experience. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, along with a strong design sense and meticulous attention to detail. The Architectural Designer must demonstrate the capability to develop comprehensive working drawings and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts and project plans. The position demands a highly organized professional who can efficiently manage project timelines and meet client expectations. Working hours are from 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Friday, with on-site presence required at DHA Phase 7 Extension, Karachi. Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing completed projects that reflect their technical skills and creative expertise. This role does not involve team management responsibilities but emphasizes collaboration within multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed architectural designs and develop working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp software to support project execution.
- Develop 3D models that accurately represent architectural concepts and facilitate client presentations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure design solutions meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Review and interpret architectural briefs and specifications to produce designs that align with project goals and regulatory standards.
- Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across all drawings and specifications.
- Manage multiple design tasks effectively to meet deadlines and project deliverables within specified timeframes.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to ensure designs are implemented correctly and to gather information for continued design development.
- Prepare and present design documentation and reports for client approval and regulatory compliance.
- Continuously update professional knowledge by staying informed about new tools, techniques, and architectural trends.
- Support the preparation of cost estimates, material specifications, and construction documentation in collaboration with the project team.
