Description
Bizlinks International seeks a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub operations for European marketplaces. The role focuses on product listing creation, optimization, and maintaining excellent account health through marketplace SEO strategies and effective inventory and order management. The ideal candidate combines experience with FBA, FBM, and fulfillment processes, strong analytical capabilities, and sound knowledge of EU marketplace regulations. This role suits a proactive individual who operates independently and balances multiple responsibilities efficiently. This position requires a candidate with proven experience in handling Amazon and eBay seller accounts, including keyword research with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout. The assistant will be crucial in ensuring compliance with VAT, EPR, GPSR, and German packaging regulations while maintaining a high standard of customer service and return management. Although team management is not a requirement, excellent communication skills in English and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets are essential to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness to target customers.
- Conduct marketplace SEO and keyword research using tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout to increase product visibility and sales performance.
- Oversee inventory and order management processes including FBA, FBM, shipment workflows, and fulfillment operations to maintain stock accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor sales analytics, account health, and performance metrics regularly to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Handle customer service inquiries and returns management professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction and compliance with marketplace policies.
- Ensure adherence to EU marketplace regulations including VAT, EPR, GPSR, and German packaging compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate cross-border selling activities and support marketplace growth strategies.
- Utilize strong Excel or Google Sheets skills to track data, produce reports, and assist in administrative tasks.
- Work independently to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and resolve operational challenges effectively.
