Rider Cum Salesmen

Description

Blesscon Candy seeks a motivated Rider Cum Salesmen with at least one year of experience to join our team. This role combines delivery duties with sales responsibilities, focusing on visiting retail and kiryana shops to promote and sell our candy products. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driving licence and have their own bike to efficiently manage both sales calls and deliveries throughout the designated area. Experience in FMCG sales will be highly beneficial for understanding customer needs and increasing product reach. The Rider Cum Salesmen ensures timely delivery of candies while actively developing relationships with retail outlets to increase sales volume. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple shops during daily routes. As this position does not involve managing a team, the focus remains on individual performance and maximizing market penetration for Blesscon Candy’s product line.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail and kiryana shops regularly to promote and sell Blesscon Candy products.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of candy orders to various retail locations using own bike.
• Maintain and update daily sales and delivery records to track performance and inventory.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with shop owners to encourage repeat sales and product placement.
• Collect customer feedback and report sales trends to management for continuous improvement.
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations during deliveries to ensure personal and product safety.
• Manage cash collections and invoicing accurately for each sales transaction.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and management to ensure optimal stock levels for delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of the delivery bike to ensure operational reliability.
