IT Manager – Cloud Infrastructure & Systems Administration
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to take full ownership of our cloud infrastructure, architecture, security, costs, and performance.
This role combines Cloud Architecture, DevOps oversight and Systems Administration.
You will oversee our existing infrastructure and small DevOps team, identify inefficiencies, optimize costs, and ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Kubernetes and Terraform / Infrastructure as Code knowledge.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms.
- Strong Linux/Windows server administration skills.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, or similar monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of SQL databases, networking, security, and managed infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on cloud cost optimization experience.
- Experience overseeing DevOps or infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities
- Own and continuously review our cloud infrastructure and DevOps operations.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Track cloud spending, identify unnecessary costs, and implement optimizations.
- Review cloud architecture and challenge inefficient technical decisions.
- Oversee cloud environments, servers, databases, and infrastructure operations.
- Manage system monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Plan and execute infrastructure improvements, migrations, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues and coordinate emergency responses.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to the existing DevOps team.
We need someone who can take ownership of the full infrastructure picture and make clear technical and cost recommendations without compromising performance, security, or reliability.
