Final Expense Closer

BoostHive is seeking a motivated Final Expense Closer to join our onsite sales team. 

As a Final Expense Closer at BoostHive, you will handle all aspects of the sales closing process from presenting insurance solutions to customers, responding to concerns with confidence, and finalizing agreements that meet both client needs and company objectives. 

Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires self-discipline, persistence, and excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with potential clients. You will contribute directly to the company’s success through meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored final expense insurance solutions.
• Utilize advanced sales closing techniques to effectively close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Handle objections from clients tactfully to address concerns and facilitate the sales process.
• Manage time efficiently to maintain a high volume of client interactions throughout the workday.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience.
• Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory requirements related to final expense insurance.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
