Sales Representative

Brand Hub is seeking a motivated Sales Representative with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on qualifying leads, applying consultative selling techniques, handling objections effectively, negotiating deals, and successfully closing sales. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, confidence, and active listening abilities to understand and address customer needs. Knowledge of ecommerce is considered an advantage but not mandatory. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Brand Hub’s growth by converting potential leads into loyal customers without team management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach activities.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Handle customer objections constructively to overcome barriers and advance the sales process.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and product offerings to close successful sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
• Convert leads into sales by actively engaging prospects and demonstrating product value.
• Develop and nurture long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay informed about new offerings and promotions.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-development.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
