Buckingham Home Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to join our operations team. This role demands a professional with at least five years of experience in supply chain functions and requires working on site to effectively coordinate and optimize supply chain activities. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong English communication skills and possesses expertise in managing demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supplier relationships, and logistics coordination. The role does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration with multiple departments across procurement, production, and logistics to ensure a seamless flow of materials and products. The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for implementing procurement strategies and utilizing advanced ERP systems and forecasting software to maintain accurate demand planning and inventory control. The successful candidate interprets data from various sources to identify risks and opportunities, striving to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the supply chain processes. This candidate supports the company's growth by adapting to changing market demands, minimizing supply disruptions, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze supply chain operations to optimize inventory levels and improve delivery performance.
- Coordinate procurement activities by developing and executing strategic sourcing plans.
- Manage supplier relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Demand forecasting and planning to generate accurate forecasts.
- Perform data analysis and interpretation using advanced Excel and ERP systems to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, delays, or quality issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records in Oracle ERP (Netsuite) .
- Work closely with internal departments to align demand planning with production schedules and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all supply chain activities.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and present findings to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
