Description

We’re looking for an experienced person to handle calls and client follow-ups for our construction estimating business.

Your main duties will include:
✅ Answering incoming calls and returning missed calls
✅ Following up with past clients about new projects
✅ Researching and contacting potential clients
✅ Explaining our estimating and takeoff services
✅ Keeping call records and managing follow-ups
✅ Coordinating interested leads with our estimating team

You should have strong English communication skills, a professional phone manner, and previous experience in telemarketing, sales, appointment setting, or customer service.

Experience with construction estimating companies or US contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers.
• Engage clients through clear and professional communication to present Build It Estimating’s service offerings.
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate new leads and develop sales opportunities.
• Listen actively to customer inquiries and respond effectively to provide accurate information and solutions.
• Deliver customized sales pitches that highlight the benefits and features of construction estimating and material takeoff services.
• Set appointments and transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales or estimating teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Manage daily call schedules to maximize outreach and maintain productivity targets.
• Maintain a professional and courteous phone manner to uphold company reputation.
• Operate from a remote location with reliable internet connectivity, ensuring confidentiality and minimal distractions.
