Description
Buildzaro is a US company that builds websites for local businesses. We are hiring remote sales reps to contact US business owners by phone and video and show them a demo website made for their business. This is a commission-only independent contractor role. Work remotely from anywhere with flexible hours; US business hours preferred.
Compensation: No base pay and no guaranteed income. Websites: 30% of the website package price once the customer has paid in full. Monthly plans: the first month's fee after the customer has paid for 3 months, then recurring commission each month based on your monthly results (per the commission policy). Free trials earn commission only once they convert to a paying customer. Payouts go through supported payout methods, confirmed at onboarding.
Requirements: clear spoken English, a reliable internet connection and phone, and comfort speaking with US business owners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough prospecting to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Perform virtual selling activities including online product demonstrations to engage and educate prospective clients.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based business owners to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
- Manage and track sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Share insights and improve your sales approach based on what you learn from prospects.
- Stay informed about Buildzaro’s products and services to ensure effective and knowledgeable presentations to prospects.
- Adapt communication style and sales techniques to a virtual environment to maximize customer engagement.
- Maintain reliable internet and phone connectivity to ensure uninterrupted communication and presentations.
- Work as an independent contractor under a commission-only compensation model, with no base pay.
- Continuously update knowledge on market trends and competitors to anticipate customer needs and position Buildzaro competitively.
