Description
BUYBEST is seeking a skilled SEO and Web Developer with at least one year of experience to join and lead a small team of three professionals. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in both technical and on-page SEO, keyword research, and web development using WordPress. This role involves closely monitoring website performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, alongside implementing SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and organic traffic. The candidate will also utilize advanced SEO toolkits like Ahrefs to perform competitive analysis and backlink audits. In this position, the candidate will manage a team focused on optimizing website structure and content to maximize search engine rankings while ensuring a seamless user experience. The role requires a balance of analytical skills, web development proficiency, and leadership capabilities to coordinate tasks effectively. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical SEO issues, oversee content implementation, and continuously evaluate metrics for sustained improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website visibility.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and on-page optimization.
- Manage and configure Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to monitor website performance and diagnose SEO issues.
- Design and maintain websites using WordPress, ensuring strong SEO foundations and user-friendly structures.
- Use Ahrefs and other SEO toolkits to analyze backlinks, track keyword rankings, and conduct competitor research.
- Lead and guide a team of three members by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely project completion.
- Coordinate with content creators and web designers to ensure alignment with SEO best practices and company objectives.
- Perform website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO problems such as crawl errors, slow page load times, and mobile usability issues.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking to boost SEO performance.
- Stay current with the latest search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and web development technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and inform SEO campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with external vendors or agencies when necessary to enhance online marketing efforts and integrate additional SEO tools.
- Ensure all web development and SEO activities comply with industry standards and company policies.
