The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the automotive or related detailing industry and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. This role involves managing a team of four persons, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high service quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Manager plays a critical role in driving sales growth and maintaining efficient inventory management. In this role, the Manager takes ownership of staff supervision, customer interactions, and the coordination of bookings. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential to ensure positive experiences and operational excellence.
