Cares Logistic Services, a fast-growing logistics company based in Lahore, is seeking motivated Sales Agents and Truck Dispatchers to join our dynamic team. This role requires managing customer relationships and coordinating transportation schedules efficiently. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, strong communication skills, and basic proficiency in English. As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee a small team of three people, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction. This position offers competitive USD incentives, fuel allowances, and on-time monthly salary, with career growth opportunities within the company. The shift timings are from 5 PM to 2 AM, with Saturdays and Sundays off.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will maintain and enhance strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide excellent customer service. You coordinate with truck drivers and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods. Managing schedules, tracking shipments, and responding promptly to any issues or delays are critical functions. You will also communicate effectively with clients and team members to solve problems and improve service quality. Supervising a team of three individuals, you will monitor their daily activities and provide guidance to help achieve team targets and optimize dispatch efficiency. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and reports to support operational decisions and continuous improvement.

Your role includes managing inquiries, negotiating terms and conditions with customers, processing orders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. You will collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and troubleshoot any service issues. By staying informed about industry trends and client requirements, you will contribute to strategic planning and business growth. This role demands dedication, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach to support the company’s reputation for reliability and service excellence.
