The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of experience in purchasing, with strong English comprehension and communication skills to effectively negotiate with suppliers and coordinate internally. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company goals. You must ensure smooth purchasing operations while maintaining cost control and quality standards. Effective leadership of the purchase team is essential to maximize performance and achieve departmental objectives. Strong interpersonal skills will support clear communication both within the team and with external vendors, fostering long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sourcing plans to meet company procurement needs.
• Manage a team of 10 purchase professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information for audit and reporting purposes.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues impacting delivery or quality.
• Prepare reports and presentations on procurement metrics and team performance for management.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve purchasing processes, reduce costs, and enhance supplier relationships.
