The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining production-related data to ensure smooth operations and reliable reporting. This role requires precision, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting. The ideal candidate possesses 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with ERP or SAP systems. The Data Entry Operator plays a key role in maintaining accurate records of work orders, job cards, inventory transactions, and other production data. Collaboration with production supervisors ensures data accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. Additionally, this role involves proper documentation and assisting with audits or compliance-related tasks. Responsibilities

• Enter and update daily production data including output, material usage, and other related information into ERP, SAP, or Excel systems accurately.
• Maintain and update precise records of work orders, job cards, inventory transactions, and production schedules to support operational flow.
• Collaborate closely with production supervisors to collect, verify, and validate production data ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to maintain data integrity and support reporting requirements.
• Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate production data and assist in compliance-related documentation.
• Use Microsoft Excel extensively for data entry tasks, report generation, and data analysis to improve production tracking.
• Adapt to the fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities related to data processing and production data management.
