Description
The Preschool Teacher will develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education principles. Responsibilities include observing and evaluating children's progress, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child. The role emphasizes building foundational skills that prepare children for future academic success and social adjustment while adhering to safety and ethical standards established by China Southern Airlines' educational programs.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, language, social, and motor skills development for preschool children.
- Create a positive and supportive learning atmosphere that encourages exploration, creativity, and self-expression.
- Monitor and assess children’s developmental progress, behavior, and learning styles to adjust instructional approaches accordingly.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of each child’s growth, activities, and attendance.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to report progress and address any concerns regarding children’s development or classroom behavior.
- Ensure a safe and healthy classroom environment by adhering to hygiene, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff members to support a cohesive early learning program.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training related to early childhood education and child development.
- Promote inclusivity and respect for diverse backgrounds and abilities within the classroom.
- Implement classroom rules and routines to foster a positive social environment and self-discipline among children.
