Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve targeted growth in retail and corporate segments within the designated region.
- Oversee daily center operations to ensure efficient functioning and maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, enhancing the overall customer experience through customer-centric initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 staff members, fostering a motivated workforce that meets or exceeds performance and service quality standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with audit procedures and human resource policies to maintain operational integrity and meet regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to support business partnerships and expand referral networks.
- Supervise operational activities within the region, ensuring alignment with company goals, policies, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide clear direction, share important updates, and address operational or personnel issues promptly.
- Continuously identify new market opportunities to contribute to the business growth and expansion objectives of the company.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate timely reports to assess operational effectiveness and support data-driven management decisions.
