Chughtai Healthcare is seeking a responsible and reliable Driver with at least five years of experience, specifically skilled in operating Mercedes-Benz and various other vehicle types. The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive knowledge of traffic laws, route planning, and navigation with a thorough familiarity of all roads and routes within Lahore. The role demands punctuality, honesty, and availability around the clock to meet the dynamic transportation needs of the organization. This position includes a live-in arrangement at Chughtai House, requiring the driver to be on-site to fulfill immediate and emergency transportation tasks efficiently. The Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe transport services while maintaining the vehicle's condition through regular inspections and maintenance. This position requires excellent time management skills to optimize routes and contribute to smooth operational logistics. The candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and the company’s standards in every aspect of their duties. Although this role does not involve managing a team, self-motivation and reliability are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mercedes-Benz and other assigned vehicles safely and efficiently within Lahore and surrounding areas.
• Plan and follow the most appropriate routes to save time and resources while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are in optimal running condition.
• Maintain punctuality and availability to provide transportation services 24 hours a day, including emergency situations.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies at all times.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to the management for immediate resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle interior and exterior to uphold company standards.
• Manage time effectively to accommodate varying schedules and delivery/pickup appointments without delay.
• Collaborate with the logistics or administrative team to coordinate transportation needs and ensure smooth operations.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of passengers and company information during assignments.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courteous behavior towards all company personnel and clients.
• Stay on-site at Chughtai House as part of the live-in arrangement to be accessible whenever transportation is required.
