Chughtai Healthcare is seeking a skilled Electrician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within our facilities. The Electrician will be responsible for ensuring all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations. This role requires a keen eye for detail to troubleshoot faults efficiently and minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience working with electrical wiring, testing circuits, and interpreting wiring diagrams. This position does not involve managing a team but demands a reliable, safety-conscious individual to maintain smooth electrical operations critical to healthcare environments. The Electrician performs routine preventive maintenance, identifies potential electrical issues before they escalate, and works closely with other maintenance staff to ensure a safe and operational environment. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to apply technical knowledge to practical problems are essential. The role requires adherence to strict safety protocols and a proactive approach to maintaining electrical infrastructure, which directly impacts the safety and efficiency of healthcare services at Chughtai Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for repair or replacement.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose faults, and implement effective solutions quickly to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems to enhance reliability and prevent unexpected failures.
• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals accurately.
• Ensure all electrical work follows safety codes and company safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
• Test electrical components and equipment using appropriate testing devices to ensure functionality and safety.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections for internal use and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and facility personnel to coordinate electrical installations and repairs.
• Stay updated on electrical regulations, code compliance, and emerging technologies relevant to healthcare electrical systems.
