The ideal candidate performs various manual tasks efficiently and safely, supporting construction and interior projects. This role demands strong adherence to workplace safety standards and the capability to handle materials and equipment responsibly. The Worker operates under straightforward supervision, contributing actively to meeting project goals within scheduled timeframes. The Worker at CIW Construction and Interior Works maintains physical stamina to complete demanding physical tasks and manages time effectively to optimize shift productivity. Although not responsible for managing a team, the Worker collaborates closely with other team members and supervisors, following all company protocols and instructions. This role is crucial to the seamless progress of job sites and ensuring materials and resources are handled properly throughout daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment.
• Perform manual handling of materials, tools, and equipment efficiently, minimizing damage and ensuring proper storage.
• Execute material handling duties including loading, unloading, and transporting supplies within the job site.
• Follow shift schedules reliably, ensuring timely attendance and completion of assigned tasks within work hours.
• Sustain physical stamina to complete prolonged periods of strenuous activity, including lifting, bending, and standing.
• Assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with various project tasks as directed.
• Maintain orderly and clean work areas to promote safety and efficiency during all phases of construction and interior work.
• Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or worksite concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Comply with company policies and procedures to support cohesive team operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions to enhance daily workflows.
