Client Reach AI is seeking skilled Video Editors with a minimum of three years of experience to join our dynamic and growing internal team. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in editing both short-form and long-form video content. Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of video storytelling, pacing, retention techniques, captioning, and engaging edits that captivate audiences. This is a remote, long-term position requiring dedication, reliability, and a willingness to engage with our workflow and team processes. As a Video Editor at Client Reach AI, you will play a vital role in shaping visual content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategies. You must be detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines consistently, and communicate effectively across our remote team. We value ambition and a long-term commitment to grow within our organization. Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software while adhering to internal workflows and brand standards.
- Apply advanced timeline editing techniques in Adobe Premiere Pro to assemble raw footage into polished videos with attention to pacing and storytelling.
- Perform color correction and grading using Premiere Pro to ensure videos match desired aesthetic and maintain consistency across shots.
- Manage audio editing and mixing within Premiere Pro to deliver clear, well-balanced soundtracks that enhance the viewing experience.
- Utilize DaVinci Resolve’s Edit and Cut page workflows to increase editing efficiency and maintain shot matching between cuts.
- Create captions and subtitles that improve content accessibility and viewer retention.
- Implement storytelling principles to produce engaging video content that holds audience attention and supports client objectives.
- Review footage critically to ensure shot consistency, color accuracy, and seamless transitions.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback promptly.
- Meet project deadlines reliably while maintaining high-quality output and attention to detail.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth by exploring new editing techniques and industry best practices.
- Maintain adherence to internal processes, adhering to Client Reach AI’s standards and workflow guidelines.
