Coderatoy is seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join and lead a dynamic team of 50 professionals. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and customizing WordPress websites, with a focus on performance, security, and user experience. This role involves managing the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, while collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Strong leadership capabilities are essential, as the candidate will guide the team to meet project goals and ensure the successful implementation of WordPress projects. The WordPress Developer will work extensively with WooCommerce for e-commerce solutions, utilize front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and perform Gutenberg Block Development using React. The role also involves integrating various payment gateways to provide seamless transactional experiences. The candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of WordPress architecture and stay updated with industry trends to keep Coderatoy's offerings innovative and competitive.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 50 developers and designers to deliver WordPress-based web projects on time and within scope.
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements and enhance website functionality.
- Implement and optimize WooCommerce features for e-commerce websites, ensuring a smooth user experience and reliable transaction processes.
- Build and customize Gutenberg blocks using React to create flexible content editing capabilities.
- Integrate secure and efficient payment gateways to support various transactional needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project specifications, scope, and timelines.
- Ensure website performance optimization, security best practices, and responsive design across all web applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug code to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development, e-commerce, and web technologies.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and project progress to support team communication and project continuity.
- Maintain quality control through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
