Description
The candidate will be responsible for the management and monitoring of LAN, Video Conferencing, and VoIP systems, as well as providing Desktop Support. The role requires the ability to manage and monitor Cisco Layer 2/3 devices, Linux-based servers, and Video Conferencing endpoints, along with conducting IT workshops. Knowledge of TCP/IP services (e.g., DNS, DHCP) is required. Candidates must hold a BS in Computer Science / Information Technology with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, and must be able and willing to conduct IT workshops.
