About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging experiences for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability.
- Proficiency in Figma and related design/prototyping tools.
- Experience designing responsive web, desktop and mobile applications.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and user flows.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative software development environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze user needs, behaviors, and feedback.
- Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design intuitive and consistent user experiences across web, desktop and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Convert business requirements into effective UX solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and design guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Review implemented designs and ensure consistency with approved UX/UI specifications.
- Stay updated with current UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
