ConvantTech seeks a skilled Mobile Application Developer with at least five years of professional experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of five developers while designing, building, and maintaining advanced mobile applications across multiple platforms including iOS and Android. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of mobile development frameworks, app deployment processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively to deliver robust, user-friendly applications that align with business goals and customer needs. The candidate will be responsible for the full mobile development lifecycle, from concept through to delivery and post-launch support. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of five mobile developers to deliver high-quality applications on schedule.
- Design, develop, and maintain native and cross-platform mobile applications using technologies including Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, and React Native.
- Implement and optimize REST API integrations to ensure seamless communication between mobile applications and backend services.
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end mobile app testing to identify issues and enhance performance.
- Manage the deployment process for both iOS and Android applications, ensuring compliance with App Store and Google Play requirements.
- Utilize code versioning tools like Git to maintain code integrity across development and production environments.
- Automate release processes using tools such as Fastlane to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Oversee iOS code signing, provisioning profiles, and Android SDK configurations including Jetpack Compose and Android Jetpack components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and backend engineering to define and fulfill application requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in mobile development to continuously innovate and improve applications.
