An international company is seeking a skilled and experienced Cook with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in preparing Pakistani, Chinese, and Continental cuisine. Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of dishes including Pakistani, Chinese, and Continental cuisines according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Accurately measure and manage ingredient portions to ensure consistency and reduce waste.
- Apply proper cooking techniques to ensure taste, texture, and presentation meet expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene within the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances.
- Perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and seasoning to support efficient cooking processes.
- Manage time effectively to juggle multiple cooking tasks and meet service deadlines.
- Adapt to menu changes and special dietary requirements as needed.
- Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management to avoid shortages or overstocking.

- Report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately to ensure kitchen safety.
