With at least two years of experience in candidate sourcing, you will utilize your skills to build strong talent pipelines and support the company’s hiring goals without managing a team. In this role, you are responsible for leveraging various sourcing channels, employing creative strategies to engage passive candidates, and maintaining an organized approach to tracking candidate interactions. Collaboration with hiring managers and recruitment teams at Corda will be essential to align sourcing efforts with the company’s workforce needs. Your work directly contributes to the success of the talent acquisition process by ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reverse recruiting strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including social media, job boards, and networking platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates to evaluate interest and fit.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate records of sourced candidates and interactions in the applicant tracking system.
- Continuously research and adopt new sourcing techniques and practices to improve effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and professionally throughout the sourcing process.
