Crossfire is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and E-commerce Assistant to support our financial and online retail operations. The ideal candidate possesses foundational accounting skills alongside a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and processes. With at least one year of relevant experience, this individual will ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, manage invoices, and assist with inventory tracking while facilitating smooth integration with online sales channels. As this role does not involve team management, the focus remains on individual contribution within a collaborative environment. The position requires a professional capable of handling accounts payable and receivable, basic financial reporting, and working efficiently with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless transaction processing and inventory updates.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities accurately, including recording financial transactions and maintaining general ledgers to ensure up-to-date financial records.

Process invoices efficiently by preparing, verifying, and entering data related to accounts payable and receivable to support timely payments and collections.

Oversee inventory management by tracking stock levels, updating inventory records, and coordinating with procurement to prevent shortages or surpluses.

Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to maintain precise records across accounting systems and e-commerce platforms.

Assist in preparing basic financial reports, summarizing accounts activities, and providing insights for financial review and decision-making.

Integrate and synchronize data between e-commerce platforms and accounting software to ensure alignment of sales transactions, inventory movement, and financial records.

Support Shopify integration processes by managing product listings, updating pricing, and ensuring smooth transaction flows between the platform and internal systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies in orders, payments, or inventory and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and standard accounting practices in all financial activities.

Provide support during audits or financial reviews by supplying necessary documentation and clarifying account details as needed.
