Description
CrumbsX is seeking a Growth Marketing & SEO Executive who can think strategically and understands how digital channels work together to drive measurable visibility, traffic, and conversions.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and building scalable digital systems across paid advertising and search — particularly for international-facing brands.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on traffic, lead generation, and performance growth.
Execute SEO strategies for WordPress and Shopify websites, including on-page, technical, and content optimization.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor campaign and website performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure alignment between advertising, landing pages, and SEO strategy.
Support email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and retention (experience is a plus).
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to continuously refine strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing or SEO.
Practical experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals for WordPress and Shopify platforms.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
