Sanitary Supervisor

Description

Daewoo Waste Management is seeking a dedicated Sanitary Supervisor to oversee sanitation operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate supervises a team of 20 persons, directs cleaning procedures, and maintains high standards of sanitation across the organization’s sites. This role requires at least five years of relevant experience and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and effective team leadership. The Sanitary Supervisor plays a critical role in managing day-to-day sanitation activities, ensuring that all health and safety procedures are rigorously applied. The supervisor prepares detailed reports and documentation, monitors cleaning standards, and leads efforts to continuously improve sanitation processes. Graduates are preferred candidates for this role, bringing a solid educational background to complement extensive field experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15 sanitation workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor sanitation and cleaning procedures according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all sanitation staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all operational areas.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to sanitation activities and compliance.
• Coordinate with management to address sanitation challenges and plan for resource allocation and scheduling.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update procedures to maintain compliance with legal and environmental standards.
• Train team members in proper use of cleaning agents, equipment, and safety protocols to enhance operational efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve sanitation-related issues promptly to prevent potential health risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate integrated waste management and sanitation efforts.
