Daiichi Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with at least one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in video editing, particularly in the real estate sector, and is skilled at creating compelling content by blending artificial intelligence-generated material with organic footage. This role focuses on producing high-quality videos that are competitive in the market and engage target audiences effectively. The candidate must be able to independently manage their workload without team supervision and consistently deliver content that aligns with the company’s standards and brand image.

Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and produce engaging video content tailored for the real estate industry using both AI-generated and organic video sources. Ensure that the videos are market competitive by implementing creative concepts, smooth transitions, and engaging storytelling techniques. Review raw footage to select the best segments and synchronize audio, visuals, and graphics to achieve the desired output. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback into final videos. Maintain organized files and manage video assets while optimizing video formats suitable for various distribution channels including social media, websites, and presentations. Continuously research the latest video editing trends and tools to enhance the quality and creativity of video content. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the editing process to ensure seamless delivery.
