Description
Daily Fresh is seeking a detail-oriented Data & Commercial Operations Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support the optimisation of commercial operations through insightful data analysis. The ideal candidate has strong skills in data analysis and KPI performance reporting, combined with advanced spreadsheet capabilities. This role does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration across departments to drive informed business decisions and improve operational efficiency. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong command of English to clearly present data findings and actionable insights to stakeholders. The candidate will work closely with commercial teams to monitor key performance indicators and develop reports that support strategic goals. By applying analytical rigor and operational knowledge, this role plays a vital part in enhancing Daily Fresh's market responsiveness and commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze sales, financial, and operational data to generate meaningful insights that support commercial decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute regular KPI and performance reports using advanced spreadsheet functions to track progress against targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
- Interpret complex data trends and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for business improvements.
- Support process optimization initiatives by providing analytical support and identifying areas for operational enhancements.
- Communicate insights and reports effectively to stakeholders through presentations and written documents.
- Assist in the development of commercial strategies by contributing relevant data and analysis to planning sessions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance metrics to advise on potential commercial adjustments.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in reporting and analysis.
- Continuously enhance technical skills related to data analysis tools and commercial operations practices.
