Dani Spa Centre is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team. This role is ideal for female housewives seeking an engaging part-time position that allows them to develop their skills in a professional spa environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in providing excellent customer service and a passion for creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for all clients. In this role, employees will be responsible for supporting spa operations, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a calm and organized manner. The candidate will not manage a team but will work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain the spa’s reputation for quality and care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival at the spa.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate spa services and products based on their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa areas to ensure a pleasant environment.
• Provide detailed information about spa treatments and answer customer inquiries respectfully and accurately.
• Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently using the spa’s system.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
• Support the team with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all client information in compliance with spa policies.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times to create a safe and healthy environment.
• Promote spa services and encourage repeat business through excellent customer interaction.
