In addition to training responsibilities, the Agentic AI Trainer manages a team of one person, overseeing their development and performance to achieve training objectives efficiently. The role involves coordinating practical workshops, developing bespoke training materials, and assessing learner progress to ensure content mastery and application. The trainer continuously updates content to reflect the latest advancements in Multi-Agent Systems and cloud AI services, promoting innovative approaches while adhering to Shariah compliance guidelines. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to foster a supportive learning environment within the team and the wider organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, and deliver engaging and Shariah-compliant training sessions on agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive instructional materials tailored to cloud AI platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Manage and mentor a team member, providing leadership to ensure effective delivery of training programs and continuous professional development.
- Assess trainee progress using qualitative and quantitative metrics, adjusting instructional strategies as needed for optimal learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational values, compliance requirements, and emerging technology trends.
- Continuously research and integrate the latest advancements in AI, cloud computing, and agentic systems into training content.
- Facilitate hands-on practical workshops, encouraging learner engagement and real-world application of theoretical concepts.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to improve the quality and effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Ensure all training delivery complies with Shariah principles and supports the ethical application of AI technologies.
- Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and team workflows to meet training deadlines and organizational goals.
- Support knowledge sharing and communication within the team to enhance overall skill sets and foster a collaborative environment.
