AI Automation Instructor

Description

Dawat-e-Islami Trust is seeking an experienced AI Automation Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI automation tools, generative AI, and prompt engineering. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive instruction that enables learners to efficiently use AI technologies for workflow automation, including no-code and low-code platforms. The instructor will emphasize large language model integration and API integration, providing hands-on technical training that promotes practical skill development. The AI Automation Instructor will design and implement instructional materials aligned with AI ethics and responsible use guidelines. Candidates must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain and have at least three years of experience teaching AI automation concepts. This position does not involve managing a team but requires excellent communication skills to engage learners and foster an interactive learning environment. Candidates must be between 18 and 45 years of age to meet organizational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on AI automation tools, generative AI, prompt engineering, and workflow automation techniques.
• Create instructional materials and practical exercises that promote hands-on technical training and skill acquisition with no-code and low-code platforms.
• Guide learners through large language model integration and API integration processes to enable effective deployment of AI-powered solutions.
• Incorporate AI ethics and responsible use principles into all teaching materials to foster awareness and accountability among students.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and mastery of AI automation concepts.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI automation technologies and tools to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
• Collaborate with the organization’s educational team to align training programs with Dawat-e-Islami Trust's mission and technical standards.
• Support learners individually and in group settings to address challenges and encourage practical application of AI skills.
• Maintain a structured and engaging classroom environment that encourages active participation and knowledge retention.
• Adhere to all organizational policies and guidelines related to conduct, safety, and educational standards.
