Decision HR Consultancy is seeking responsible and skilled Pickup, Light Vehicle, and 4X4 Drivers to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidates have at least three years of relevant driving experience, preferably with prior experience in the Gulf region. Drivers will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient transport services, maintaining vehicles in good condition, and following optimized routes. This is a full-time position with an eight-hour duty, including the possibility of overtime, offering accommodation, transport, and medical insurance as per company policies. Drivers in this role must prioritize safety and reliability in all aspects of their duties. They work independently to manage their assigned vehicles, uphold company standards for vehicle maintenance, and deliver timely and professional transport services. This role does not include team management but requires strong organizational and route planning abilities to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe and responsible driving of pickup, light vehicles, and 4X4 vehicles adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
• Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure timely transport of passengers or goods while optimizing fuel consumption.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the management for timely resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles assigned to uphold company standards and ensure passenger comfort.
• Keep accurate records of trips, vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents encountered during driving duties.
• Coordinate with the company’s logistics or operations teams to meet daily transport requirements and schedules.
• Adapt to assigned work schedules, including overtime when necessary, to support business needs.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure safe driving conditions.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous service when interacting with passengers or clients.
