Description
Drivers will perform their duties during an 8-hour shift with potential overtime as needed. They must conduct regular inspection of their vehicles to ensure they are in good operating condition and report any maintenance issues promptly. Candidates who have worked in Gulf countries are preferred due to their familiarity with local driving regulations and environments. Responsibilities
- Operate pickup trucks, light vehicles, and 4x4 vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic regulations.
- Perform regular vehicle inspections to check for mechanical issues or defects and arrange for timely maintenance when necessary.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for transporting goods and personnel to designated locations.
- Identify potential road hazards and take appropriate measures to avoid accidents or delays.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of assigned vehicles at all times.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle problems to the company management immediately.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of trips and deliveries as required by company policies.
- Adhere strictly to scheduled working hours with flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
- Comply with all company safety standards, protocols, and procedures.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all assigned tasks.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and company staff to coordinate transportation needs effectively.
- Follow company rules regarding accommodation, transport arrangements, and medical insurance benefits.
